1 x Street BBQ Hong Kong black bean & hoisin
6 x beef intercostals – other steak can be replaced like skirt, porterhouse, or rump

N.B Fire up your desired BBQ. We love a Kamado ceramic, kettle, hibachi or even gas for this one.
Lightly apply Hong Kong seasoning over the beef intercostals and let sit for 20 minutes.
Place onto the BBQ and continuously turn until lightly coloured turn down the heat or put to the side and gently cook until the rub starts to glaze, then gently apply more rub
Once juices start to come out set to the side and rest for 5 minutes before carving and serve.
Drink match: - make a jug full of Long Island iced tea. Boom.
