1 x Street BBQ Mumbai Tikka
8 x loin or neck chops
140g x plain yogurt
- Side of minted yoghurt
- Cucumber & coriander salad with crushed cashews
- Spicy Bombay potatoes
N.B Fire up your desired BBQ, open flame fire is our recommendation here.
In a bowl mix the yoghurt with 1/3 container of Mumbai Tikka and mix in the lamb chops. Let sit for as long as you can.
Place the chops straight onto the fire and cook on all sides until cooked through.
