Tuscan Alle Brace Butterflied Free Range Chicken

1 x Street BBQ Tuscan Alle Brace

1 x XL butterflied free range chicken

500g x washed potatoes sliced thick

1 x large lemon cut in half


N.B Fire up your desired BBQ a cheeky old school Weber kettle is perfect for this ( the chicken and potatoes are great through the oven too)

Drizzle your chook with Extra Virgin Olive oil and smother with Tuscan Alle Brace

Place the sliced potatoes into pot with water and bring to the boil, cook for 4 minutes on hard boil, strain. Set aside in a bowl and whilst the potatoes are still steaming drizzle with Extra virgin olive oil and a good teaspoon of Tuscan Alle Brace

Place the Chook split bone side down and place onto the BBQ, close the lid and cook for 45 minutes turning at the halfway mark (temperature you are looking for is 210c)

Open the lid, put the chicken to one side then start grilling the potatoes on each side for 7 minutes or until lightly charred.

Place the potatoes on a plate, chop the bird up. Serve
